London Ontario's Elgin-Middlesex Detention Center (EMDC) has seen its fair share of deaths over the years. This episode will discuss the deaths of four individuals who died while in custody: James Pigeau, Sean William Tourand-Brightman (aka Junior), Chase Blanchard and Malcolm Ripley.
