Recently, a transgender person was prevented from speaking at an university in the face of widespread protests by students, in campus as well as on social media. As expected, certain quarters of the media have tried to label the students as "intolerant" towards the transgender people. But how accurate is this label? How "tolerant" are those who preach "tolerance"? And most importantly, what should be the limits of "tolerance" towards incorrect ideas and values?
