Traci Green is the first African-American woman to be a head coach of an athletic team at Harvard University.  Green is also the first African-American coach of any gender to win an Ivy League title.  

With the background as former NCAA National Champion as a tennis player at the University of Florida and being the daughter of trailblazer, Tina Sloan-Green, Green has a vast amount of experiences to draw upon when discussing the challenges of women of color in sport.  HEAR HER STORY!
