Regan Ministers in today's parishes face a variety of challenges as they strive to create a context within which the faith is proclaimed, preached, taught, celebrated, and lived. Forming this kind of dynamic community requires that the adult believers embody maturity of faith and a spirit of evangelization. Using the concept of "community of practice," this presentation sets out a new way to think about the life of the parish and a model for effectively leveraging and enhancing present parish dynamics and structures.
