How do you handle a full plate when it seems like your dreams are on hold? Most people don't have a clear cut answer but one of the best written books, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, is quoted saying, "And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."  If you were to ask Kosha, she'd reply, "I'm not sure how, but I get it done."
