In this episode, I share a case study article about a machinist who lost his vision as a result of this incident. He was driving deep holes into an engine block of a dragster motor with the door interlock safety switch bypassed. The tool bent and broke off hitting him right between the eyes, above the nose, causing him to lose his vision.
