On part 1 of the episode with Lee Chambers we unpack a lot of content on this podcast. We touch on several conversational points with Lee, which deals with overcoming mental health issues that is pretty common in todays lifestyle and how to deal with it and overcome adversity. Lee touches on mental health when he was in University and how he pushed past it at a young age which shaped him as a man today. Overall this convo had to be spilt in two parts of the podcast but never the less the powerful convo on this particular show is necessary and needed for the current climate for 2020 and beyond! We also touch on the power of sleep and how it is important. The power behind the screen on the mobile phone and how much more dangerous when it comes to distractions before sleep.
