We are a spirit, soul, and body. Our soul is composed of our mind, will, and emotions. Here we have 70,000 thoughts a day, and most of them are on autopilot. To change our life we need to change our thinking. To change our thinking we need to be aware of "what" we are thinking. Use the thinking journal to start identifying your limiting beliefs, and assess yourself using the "F" Assessment. It's quite eye-opening.

Think About It:

  1. What triggers you? It's usually remnants of childhood stories. Dig them out.
  2. Listen to your running dialogue. What are you saying to yourself?
  3. Thoughts have emotional components, and that's what you feel. Good or bad.
