In this episode I share with you a conversation I recently had with my 16-year-old daughter about picking school subjects, courses and college requirements. I had to witness what was coming up for me and do what I needed to do so that I could stay present to her needs in the moment and not let my fear sabotage the whole affair. When I shared this with a friend she said “How on earth did you not get triggered by this?” and I said "The short answer - “Meditation!” plus an awareness for what is going on in my head in the moment.
