Independence for the Blind enthusiastically invites the community to our 2nd Annual Thanksgiving event at noon, Tuesday, Nov. 21, at Independence for the Blind, 3107 North Davis Highway. The purpose is to celebrate the abilities of persons who are blind or visually impaired and to emphasize the importance of the training that takes place here day after day. The clients will work with instructors to prepare the meals for all to enjoy.Lunch will be provided for all guests at no cost. Space is limited.
