(09:43) Lauren Gunderson’s SILENT SKY is onstage through April 28 at Keizer Homegrown Theatre. This true story of 19th-century astronomer Henrietta Leavitt explores a woman’s place in society during a time of immense scientific discoveries, when women’s ideas were dismissed until men claimed credit for them. Ann and Ed talk with actor Shilah Tibbets and director Lorianne Schmidt.

(21:21) Theatre 33’s Summer Festival of original plays-in-progress by Pacific NW playwrights, runs May 23–Aug. 4. Ann and Ed talk with executive director Thomas Nabhan and Artistic Director Susan Coromel about the staged shows and pop-up performances in this 11th season and the changes ahead for 2025.

(40:17) RIPCORD runs at Pentacle Theatre April 19–May 11. It's all-out war for the best room in town when Abby and Marilyn are forced to share a room at the Bristol Place Senior Living Facility. How will this whacky, witty, wild adventure end? Who will come out on top? Ed and Ann get the inside scoop from director Karen McCarty and actor Anthony Barghini.
