(11:06) Playing May 17–25 at Albany Civic Theater is KARLABOY, a psychological ghost story told through the lens of a high-profile 1950’s Hollywood marriage of convenience that ended with a starlet’s death. It’s directed by our first guest, Jillian Alden.

(19:43) May 29-June 1, JOHN PROCTOR IS THE

VILLAIN is onstage at Western
Oregon University Theatre. This bitingly funny comedy is set in a rural Georgia high school, where a group of lively teens study Arthur Miller’s “The Crucible” while navigating young love, sex ed and a few school scandals. It’s directed by Raissa Fleming, who joins us today along with assistant director Kelsey Wallace and actor Savannah King.
