Welcome to the D-Constructing Topics podcast, where we deconstruct topics and discuss many things. In another episode, we get a little personal and share stories. We often feel that we want to do so much and make changes in our lives, yet we think that something is bothering us, and it's the feeling that we have a dark cloud hanging over our heads. This feeling that something terrible is always happening to us and turn our growth can be hard to overcome. We get into story time and how to find a middle ground while addressing that dark cloud hanging over our heads. It can be a traumatic experience or something an issue to deal with at the moment. We shall hold our heads up, and whenever we feel that we have cloud hanging, we can pull out our sunglasses together and feel like it's a sunny day after!
