 Frank McDade is a Pittsburgh Improvisor and Entrepreneur. I've always wanted to talk to him since we met in passing. We talk about sketch and Improv and how we approach it. But we really dive into the comedy community and what we've noticed lately and why he decided to take a break from all of it. Frank talks about his own personal journey from how he was in college, how he works in corporate America, and how he said goodbye to all of that when he went to work for himself.
