After summer vacation (not necessarily planned that way) Ronda and David return to the Perfect Chaos microphone as the podcast returns.  In this week's episode we talk about why do we feel the need to fill the need.  A conversation that both Ronda and David have a hard time, but saying no when it is so easy and filling to say yes.  

As educators we have a desire to help, and with most institutions from K-12 to Higher Ed, we already have additional responsibilities from bus and lunch duties, to committee assignments and professional development.  Then we add on sports coach, club leader, advisor, counselor and many others.  Hear our thoughts.
