Lana Rivera first set foot in the world of dentistry at the age of 17, when she began a job as an assistant manager at a dental lab. Since then, she has been an office manager or practice administrator at multiple dental practices, helping them to grow and refine their processes.

Eventually, Lana decided to start NMG Practice Solutions, so she could bring her expertise to a wider range of practices who could benefit from working with a “Dental Office Advocate,” such as herself. Today, she is proud to provide dental practices with the tools and training they need to grow their business and truly enjoy what they do.
