The biggest event in Loomis each year is the Eggplant Festival with entertainment, arts, crafts, and food… Loomis is also home to the highly rated Del Oro High School… A nearby park and ride lot takes commuters to and from Sacramento… Loomis is about 35 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. most commutes to Sacramento from Loomis are about 40 minutes via the freeway…..

I selected Loomis this week because only two single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 43 single family homes available in Loomis which is the most October inventory in five years…..
