Every generation is entitled in their own ways and entitlement isn't only exclusive to Millennials, Y gen, and Z gen. In fact, these generations do not display entitlement but they embody the essence of what growth mindset is and they embody the innovators and early adopters segment in the theory of Diffusion of innovations. Annalee Sepanski, a millennial, and myself , a Xennial, explore the misconstrued believes most hold towards these generations and the importance of truly understanding each generation from a point of evolution and resources.
