Today we are exploring a couple cocktails from the Oak & Eden Bourbon playing cards! Each card has a recipe on it and today, Patrick walks us through the 4 of Spades and 8 of Spades with a few fun spins on an old fashioned. In between each drink, we rate them, discuss them, and then let the conversation flow into a whole bunch of nonsense.
For anyone that doesn't want to watch the show (I understand...) you can find the recipes below!
1. 4 of Spades: Iago's Escape
- 1.5oz Rye- .5oz Rum
- .75oz Campari or Aperol- 1.5oz Pineapple Juice- .5oz Lime Juice- .5oz Demerara Syrup
2. 3 of Spades: Brittle Bliss
- 2oz Bourbon
- .75oz Lemon Juice- .5oz Triple Sec- .5oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters- Top with Club Soda
