On today’s show, we want to demonstrate to our audience how an hourly worker, moving from out of state, can qualify for a new mortgage in the amount of $510,400 in 2020.
As is typical in all real estate transactions, multiple conversations with Real Estate agents were required to provide confidence for all parties to proceed to achieve a successful closing.
