Papaw prefers to live by the code of the west, a tried and true recipe for those things not codified in civil law.  Not the least of those codes is riding for the brand: pick something to commit to and commit to it completely.  You may decide to use other analogies: Harry Potter, Star Wars, even Friends ..... either way, find a code!
