People that practice self-compassion are more resilient. This will leave you better prepare for whatever is coming your way.

1- Finding self-compassion:

Accept the moment and respond to yourself with kindness. This allows you to actually be connected and transform things where you are.

2- Self-kindness vs. self-judgment:

Focus on everything that is going right and don't criticize yourself too much.

3- Mindfulness vs. over-identification:

You are not what you feel. You just feel how you feel.
