So many of us are used to being recognized for our accomplishments in the school system and at work, but all of the sudden, these things we're being recognized for, may not be values in the workplace anymore. We're going to have to be more thoughtful about our own core values and if they don't line up with our employer's, then we're going to have to consider a serious change.
