I talk to retired Army Major Jay Main who found his path to spiritual awakening at an AA meeting where a hippie in the program introduced him to the singing bowls that have now become the cornerstone of his sound healing practice. This episode is beautiful for so many reasons. Jay came to his calling later in life and it blossomed out of addiction. He now heals those suffering from the same condition he had and also uses his unique insight of the weird energy of the Army to treat Vets with PTSD
