Then when I did they said I"d be deaf, blind and mentally challenged.All of it turned out to all be wrong, except I am legally blind. I am completely blind in my left eye and partially blind in my right but see well enough to live a normal life. I was going to college and stopped to take care of my grandmother when she suffered a stroke. Her and my mother were my rocks growing up and I knew it was what I had to do. Three years later my mother suffered a stroke and I helped my aunt care for both of them. From caregiving to overcoming obstacles, I have a variety of topics I speak about and many books in mind for the future. My biggest hurdle right now is getting my name out there. I have all the tools to be both a successful author and an inspirational speaker I just have to get in front of the right people.
