Ari Nagel when he isn't jet-setting around the world donating he is based in New York the 45-year-old can't be stopped despite 2020 being a horrible year for most with Covid19,  it acted as a blessing for the sperminator in his most successful year for him yet with 20 children born bringing his tally of children born to 74, with a further 15 on the way.
