The Brother To Brother Podcast is back with our first recording of 2018!!!
Join host Reggie aka Hiddanas & John aka Tempiwmf as we discuss the the big stories in the news, our personal lives, and the craziness we see around us. On this episode our main topic is the things we have to support. Sometimes these are things we willingly give our support, sometimes its things we support for the greater good, and others are things we simply can’t support no matter what.

* More heads roll due to the #MeToo movement which leads to an intense discussion on Aziz Ansari, Johnny Depp, and TJ Miller.
* We discuss Trump’s continued racist behavior including his “Shithole” comment and the fallout that came afterwards.
* We discuss the surprised move by the democrats to shutdown the government and ponder if this is a new democratic party or just a random act of bravery.
Segments:
* Ass Hat of the Year – We each nominate a worthy person for Ass Hat of the Year including a college student who had to leave the state.
* Hero of the Year – Tempiwmf goes in a different direction and nominates a fun hero of the year.
Main Topic: The Thing We Have To Support
* We discuss the many things love to support like Black Superheroes (Black Panther/Black Lightning), the growth of female empowerment (#MeToo), and the plight of disenfranchised people (Palestinans, refugees, BLM)
* We also highlight the areas that we support even when it’s tough like questionable minority entertainment (Proud Mary), the Catholic church, and female empowerment entertainment that isn’t really good (the new Ghostbusters).
* We finally close out by detailing the things we just can’t support like movies that depict minorities poorly (Tyler Perry) or thug/poverty inspired entertainment (Empire/Power).
