Boudicca was a queen of the British Celtic Iceni tribe who led an uprising against the conquering forces of the Roman Empire in 60-61 A.D.  In this episode we examine the legend of Boudicca and what is known about her life and why she led a revolt against the powerful Roman Empire.  We also discuss the history of the Roman Empire in Great Britain.
