We’re joined by Colonel Robert Masaitis, Commander of the United States Air Force 27 SOW. We discuss Colonel Masaitis’ incredible military career, plus the challenges posed by COVID-19 in the modern-day military “workplace.” We especially enjoyed talking with him about the challenges of leading teams, the importance of downtime to deal with stress, and the recognition of the stress on families in the Cannon Air Force Base community when coping with deployments, quarantines, and travel restrictions. We think everyone can learn a handful of lessons from this great interview, and we want to thank Colonel Masaitis for taking some of his valuable free time to record with us last Saturday.
