As I sat and enjoyed a nice Father's Day, I thought about how I really wasn't ready to be a father when I became one.
It reminded me of all of the things I've missed out on because I was waiting to be "ready".
Some of the best things I have in my life today came to me when I wasn't ready.
New job? New career change? Taking on more responsibility?
You will grow even when you are not ready, and really...
It could be your greatest growth ever.
