I met with an agent friend today and we discussed business.

I believe she has an incredible talent and is somewhat undervalued for her unique skillset.

When we spoke about her broker, I realized that she is in an environment of scarcity. He is worried about people stealing her ideas.

He is burning calories and spending valuable energy focusing on NOT sharing ideas and the growth of others, instead of focusing on collaboration, and making others better.

This is very disappointing, especially coming from a person that should be most interested in the success of his agents.
