Episode 243: "O For a Thousand Tongues to Sing"

Listen Later

On the first anniversary of his conversion, which happened to be Pentecost Sunday in 1739, Charles Wesley penned this outstanding hymn. Moravian missionary Peter Bohler was reported to have said "Had I a thousand tongues, I would praise Him with them all!"
