Welcome to our first pod of 2025! Nick raced home from a road trip to make this pod, so we just chew the fat for a bit, dive into our recent personal heroics (firefighting, cabinetry), and ultimately peruse a list of interesting scientific trivia. Hot stuff. This episode's mistakes include:

  • Saying Jonathan Taylor Thomas is in prison when in fact it was Zachery Ty Bryan who did horrible things.
  • Forgetting that firefighting trucks are called "appliances" and then being laughed at derisively when I correctly suggested it.
  • Tenuously equating a concierge (a doorkeeper or cleaner) with a valet (a personal manservant).
  • Egregious factual inaccuracies.
