In this episode, I ask the question, Do you want to survive or thrive?  I make the following points:

• Many home service professionals operate off of word of mouth referrals alone
• The temptation is to treat our business like a job and build it up to a level where we are merely surviving
• We will thrive if we turn our business into an asset
