We should have no shame, or be shamed for our body or how we look. Which is why I think normalizing talking about our bodies is so important. There is no one sized fits all.
In this episode, I am sharing a bit of my body image story and how it has transformed over the years - from my eating disorder in high school to now being in my forties.
For many of us, myself included, our relationship with our body is constantly changing. Which makes sense because our bodies are always changing. From adolescence to adulthood, we experience changes that are normal, but can often feeling confusing and creates emotional and mental discomfort because we believe that it is abnormal.
Whether you have gained weight, losing weight, getting older and entering a new decade, or just experiencing body changes where you are having to get to know, or get comfortable with your new body, this share is for anyone experiencing body changes, or wants to accept their body. Wherever you are on your body journey, I hope this will provide you with some relief that you are not alone.
