A friend is dying. We are all approaching an ultimate end. Is it all for nothing, that we pass on and eventually the universe passes on and it is all as though we never were? As we examine the centre of galaxies, and look at very fast spinning black holes, there is an intriguing clue that all may not be for nothing after all.
