This type of coaching is not your normal Career Center office or high school/college guidance counseling for life after you obtain a milestone. This is about not only understanding and working through a career transition, but examining other facets of dissatisfaction, addressing problems at work that need a longer term solution, or some combination of the above to achieve success. This process is examined further to create a better understanding that "looks on the surface" do not translate to what this service can provide.
