The Cambridge Dictionary defines self-pity as: “sadness for yourself because you think you have a lot of problems or have suffered a lot”. This was true for me. I felt that I had suffered a lot and I felt very sorry for myself. This week I'm sharing the 5 steps I used to let go of this destructive habit called self-pity.
