So start off reminiscing about Field-day, end of the year water balloon fight and more.  Next we get straight to it with breaking down how "Escape the Friendzone" or at least how B thinks he's cracked  the code. Thinking about how develop relationships and evolve them into exactly what you want. After that we return back to the Jason Mitchell situation and question; when working a job how responsible are the higher ups when an employee make terrible decisions that go under the radar? We finish up just talking about the evolution of the movie industry and how box-office smashes are now just reduce to sequels and re-makes.
