On today's episode we have the members of VIOLENCIDE, Kevin, Josh and Drew's groove metal band. We got together to practice for the first time in about 6 months and I convinced them to do a podcast with me afterwards. We talk about how the practice went along with other news about the band but thats not what the whole episode is focused on.
