Located just south of downtown and part of Sacramento County, Land Park and the Pocket Area have easy access to Interstate 5, Highway 50, Highway 99, and Interstate 80… Land Park is also home to the Sacramento Zoo….Land Park benefits from its location near Sacramento City College.….. Land Park and the Pocket Area are about 15 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. most commutes to Sacramento from Land Park are about 5 minutes via the freeway…..

I selected Land Park and the pocket Area this week because only 15 single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 105 single family homes available in Land Park which is the most October inventory in three years…..
