Actors and instructors Leeann and Matthew Dearing have spent years learning and adapting to the demands of the Phoenix arts scene. I've handily boiled down their life's work so far into about 50 minutes.

We had a coffee in their beautiful home, where they shared their thoughts on why improv is such a great acting tool, why it's important to take risks in an audition, and why, if the passion is there, you can teach great acting in a doctor's office lobby.
