Paul 'Carso' Carson is a highly decorated local football player (Australian Rules), winning premierships and league best and fairests in Victoria's strongest amateur leagues. Since retiring from playing, he has dedicated time to developing his leadership skills and become a head coach. He is a husband and a father of three girls but still manages to find time to balance his family, football and full-time work commitments.
