Just when you may have lost any hope to hear from your favourite algae talk host, Jack is back with another amazing episode.

This one is a bit of a time travel episode as it was actually recorded way back in 2019. BC (before Corona) as they say nowadays. It makes it an interesting look at the world before the pandemic but it doesn’t make it less relevant.

Our guest is Younes Boundir, a Moroccan researcher and entrepreneur, who is working closely with the Moroccan government on overcoming the struggles that the local algae farmers face.

Jack and Younes discuss those struggles and the work that has been done to ease the situation. They also talk about the role that Seaweed of Morocco plays in all this.
