In today's episode we dive into siteworks. This episode will be released as part 1 of a 2 part series.
“What does siteworks even mean” is a question we receive on a regular basis, so we thought we would break it down. We discuss what is included and how it is calculated.

Firstly, siteworks are the work required to prepare the land on which your home is being built. Without it your house would not be stable and secure. Therefore, no matter which builder people choose to build with, siteworks will always be on the agenda. There is also no “one size fits all” when it comes to siteworks because each piece of land is different.
We then discuss the difference between provisional vs fixed, soil classification and then all the things that are part of siteworks.
