Without notice there will be a ripple in the social and economic order of a town or community. Something pops, develops, is discovered, or becomes popular and people come from all over to be a part of it.  Sometimes it is a mundane way to make a buck but sometimes, just sometimes, it ends up being truly trailblazing.
