Graham and Michelle dress up for this Halloween episode of the TRDL podcast! Graham recaps his experience pacing the Spooky Sprint half marathon last weekend in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He followed that race with the Arkansas 20K in Benton yesterday (Saturday), and according to him, it was his best performance to date, as far as racing goes. Graham also tells us what's left on the calendar for him this race season, his busiest ever; then, he and Michelle talk Halloween-caliber movies.
