Ari Ready was founded by Ariane Hennings, who is a certified fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as well as other organizations. She is also a health coach who serves people around the globe in all demographics including celebrities. Ariane discovered her passion for fitness and group exercise in her teenage years and then decided to become an instructor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2008. Now located in Los Angeles, CA, Ariane is a trainer and health coach who wants to share her passion of fitness and a healthy active lifestyle by helping others find the enjoyment, laughter and benefits of exercise and healthy living. Her efforts to bring joy and healthy success have directed her to be featured in magazines and radio shows. She is also the Dance ParD holograph instructor with Holografit, the future of fitness!
