Ronda and David take time on Labor Day to talk about the Teacher Shortage in the US.  The goal of this was to peel back the layers of the shortage and look outside the pandemic to see how the numbers stack up.  Looking at data published about certified teachers in the State of Michigan between the 2013/2014 and the 2019/2020 school years, we find out reasons that have been identified by this teachers, and whether this is surprise.
