Today, on a brand new episode of Ask Dr. B. Good, we continue our series on technology use and safety for children. We will discuss the issues that evolve from increased screen time such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart rate issues from violent video games, and other concerns.

We will also discuss alternatives to technology time, rules around the use of it, and other boundaries to help make not only the child safer with it but help preserve family time as well while implementing these guidelines.
